The world is constantly changing, and it can be difficult to navigate these changes. Although mental health is now being discussed more openly, it can still be challenging to know “Where to Start” when it comes to taking care of your own well-being (Mental Health America, 2024).

Your support is vital in our mission to promote mental health awareness and provide essential resources to those in need. Your donation contributes to a world where mental well-being is prioritized. Join us in making a meaningful difference your generosity is the key to changing lives.
Please consider donating today to support our cause and help us continue our vital work. Together, we can uplift and transform countless lives, with one Daisy at a time.

Your generosity fuels our work in mental health education and advocacy. Every contribution helps us create a stigma-free world and supports those facing mental health challenges. Please donate and be a part of this transformative journey.

We will be adding ‘Be kind to your Mind’ events & activities information throughout the month of May. (This will be updated possibly weekly.)

During Mental Health Awareness Month, it's important to promote mental health. Here are some tips on how to do that.

Online screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. Mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety are real, common, and can be effectively treated.

Ask me Anything is our online chat feature that is answered by our licensed therapists and will be available throughout the month of May. Ask questions and get answers!

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Write down three things you are grateful for

  2. Be specific and provide details about the person or think for which you are grateful for

  3. Consider what life would be without certain people or things rather than just tallying up the good stuff

  4. Share your post on your Facebook and Instagram with the following hashtags

  5. You could win a personal self-care basket at the end of May!
