During Mental Health Awareness Month, it's important to promote mental health. Here are some tips on how to do that.
Online screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. Mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety are real, common, and can be effectively treated.
Ask me Anything is our online chat feature that is answered by our licensed therapists and will be available throughout the month of May. Ask questions and get answers!
Gratitude Journaling participate in our social media series. There’s no wrong way to keep a gratitude journal, but the benefits are tremendous.
