Specializing in Oncology Patients
Cait Glenn, LCSW
Hello, my name is Cait Glenn, LCSW, and I have been working in the field of oncology as a psychotherapist since 2012. I spent eight years at Hoag Cancer Center in Newport Beach, California, serving as the lead oncology clinical social worker. During my time there, I developed various survivorship symposiums, created supportive services for individuals and families facing cancer, and led over 12 cancer-specific support groups, including gastrointestinal, breast, gynecological, brain, lung and head and neck. Additionally, I developed and facilitated meditation, art, and writing classes to support my patient’s emotional well-being throughout their cancer journey. Since 2020, I have been in private practice in Las Vegas, Nevada, where I provide therapy to individuals impacted by cancer and their families. In addition to my work in private practice, I am in the process of developing a workbook designed to offer emotional support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions from a therapist’s perspective for those navigating the complexities of a cancer diagnosis. I look forward to sharing my experience and insights with you at this important event.
