Founded in 1977, JFSA has served individuals and families throughout Southern Nevada for nearly 50 years, offering essential support to people of all faiths and backgrounds.

JFSA provides a broad range of services, including food assistance, emergency financial assistance, behavioral health services, senior support, care navigation, adoption services, breast cancer support, homelessness prevention, and assistance for Holocaust survivors. Our work is grounded in helping individuals and families maintain independence, dignity, and well being.

The Opportunity

JFSA is seeking a visionary, collaborative, and mission driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization into its next chapter. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership while advancing JFSA’s mission, strengthening financial sustainability, and expanding the organization’s impact throughout Southern Nevada.

The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated nonprofit leadership experience, strong financial and fundraising expertise, and a commitment to building meaningful relationships with staff, donors, government agencies, community partners, and civic leaders.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished leader to build on JFSA’s strong community foundation, guide its future direction, and ensure its programs continue to meet the evolving needs of the people it serves.
